Scouting Verdict
The 2025 line — 3 catches for 28 yards across 12 games — is one of the starkest regressions on any SEC roster, and it needs the injury context to make sense: Hasz has since admitted he came back too early from the ankle trouble that has chased him since a 5-game, 253-yard freshman flash at Arkansas. Healthy, the receiving talent is genuine — 15.8 per catch as a freshman, a 4-touchdown 2024, and a flex/move skill set that made PFF's tight-ends-to-watch list. He says he has his edge back, and Ole Miss is planning a featured role. However, three straight compromised seasons is a pattern, not bad luck, and inline blocking has never been the strength either. Fringe band with real risk in the floor — but a healthy 500-yard season in this offense revives the Day 3 conversation immediately, because the catch profile was never the problem.
