Scouting Verdict
Three schools, three raises — Harris worked his way from two-star Kent State signee (No. 2,679 nationally) to All-ACC production at Virginia, closing 2025 with 59 catches for 847 yards and five scores. The per-catch line travels well: 15.4 at Kent State, then 14.7 and 14.4 at Virginia, so the volume growth never cost him his downfield role. Oklahoma imported him as the veteran piece of its receiver overhaul, and the early reports from Norman say he's separating from the transfer class already. However, 2025 is his only season of real volume, and a fifth-year receiver with no athletic pedigree gets graded on exactly what he shows — there's no projection credit left to give. He's a fringe-draftable 2027 name whose case rests on repeating the Virginia numbers against SEC corners; anything short of that and the path is camp invite.
