Scouting Verdict
A rangy off-ball linebacker with genuine coverage instincts who broke out in a nine-game 2025 sample. Sullivan posted 44 tackles, two sacks and three interceptions in his final Michigan season before transferring to Oklahoma, and the three-pick total from a linebacker is the eye-catching trait; he reads route concepts, drops with fluidity and adds pass-rush value on pressures. However, the profile is still more projection than production: the career snap count is thin, and he lands at Oklahoma projected as the MIKE2 behind an entrenched starter, so the reps have to open up before the tape can. Reporting is explicitly hedged, calling him a 2027-or-2028 riser if he wins a bigger role. Projects as a fringe-draftable linebacker whose coverage ability gives him a special-teams-and-sub-package path while the every-down role gets earned.

Floor · 6.2
Some college production — moderate floor; downside −0.7.
