Scooter Jackson is a senior CB who jumped from FCS Utah Tech straight into a UCLA starting role and held up reasonably: 44 tackles, 2 INT, 3 PD in 2025 as a P4 starter. That's a real, if unspectacular, body of work and the level jump worked. Production over pedigree gets him a modest UDFA-range current, but the FCS-to-P4 leap and pedestrian rankings cap him.
