Playmaking safety with a highlight reel that started the moment he enrolled — 5 interceptions and All-America honors as a Minnesota freshman in 2024, then a team-carrying 82-tackle season in 2025 before taking the show to Oregon. He is a genuine multiplier: two-way cameos, return-game value, and range that showed up in the takeaway column the moment he saw college snaps. The year-two tackle jump proves he will also do the unglamorous work near the line. However, the splash went quiet — one interception after five, two pass breakups in each season — and this grade wants the 2024 ball production back before it buys the first-round mocks. Oregon gives him a louder stage and a defense that will move him around. Early Day 2 as it stands in the 2027 class, with a clear route into Round 1 if the takeaways return.
