Scouting Notes

Precision passer whose game is built on accuracy, timing and full command of a Playoff-caliber offense. Moore completed 71.8 percent for 3,565 yards and 30 touchdowns in 2025 while steering Oregon into the Playoff, then turned down likely top-two draft capital in 2026 to come back — the 2027 class starts with his name on every board. The trajectory is the sell: thrown in at UCLA as a true freshman and battered into a 53.5 percent, 11-to-9 season, he apprenticed a year as Oregon's backup and returned a transformed processor. However, the elite résumé is still one starting season, and the 10 interceptions plus a minimal rushing threat (2.1 per carry) mean he has to win from the pocket every single week. Everything on the card reads franchise quarterback and consensus top-five 2027 pick; a second clean season closes the file.
