Scouting Verdict
Be direct about what this number is: pedigree, not tape. Moore arrived as the No. 5 offensive tackle in his recruiting class (No. 168 overall) and has yet to play a meaningful college snap — he redshirted, developed, and is now making what Ryan Day calls a genuine push to start at tackle for Ohio State in 2026. The spring reports are uniformly glowing: 'Dude of the Week' honors, a described mental shift, coaches citing big offseason strides in the 6-6, 312-pound frame. That is exactly what you want to hear about a redshirt sophomore — and it is also, in scouting terms, nothing yet. The wide ceiling on this evaluation reflects what four-star tackles who seize starting jobs at Ohio State tend to become; the grade itself reflects that none of it has happened. Zero-snap projection until fall: if he wins the job and holds up, everything about this number moves.
