With no counting stats to lean on, this is a projection built on the transfer grade and the starting role: Moe has the size to anchor in a phone booth and the reps to plug in right away. The honest read is that the pedigree is modest (a three-star with a low transfer ranking) and the ceiling is a solid college starter more than a pro riser.
