Boundary corner with premium mirror-and-match ability — polished footwork, smooth hip transitions and the coverage instincts to bait throws he has already read. He started on the boundary as a true freshman at Alabama, and the ball production is real: five interceptions in 22 college games, including two pick-sixes in 2025 — a 99-yarder against Tennessee and a CFP score off Oklahoma's John Mateer. The Mater Dei pedigree shows in how professionally he already plays the position. However, he's 194 pounds, and heavier receivers can lean on him in press — the jam capacity and run-support physicality both need a weight-room year before the NFL asks him to live on an island against 215-pound X receivers. Mocked in Round 1 across essentially every 2027 board, and this grade agrees: Round 1 caliber, with the interception habit that turns a good corner into a defensive centerpiece.
