Experienced SEC edge whose recruiting ranking (No. 66 overall) wrote checks the stat sheet has not cashed: 49 career tackles and 3 sacks across three Georgia seasons, with 2025 cut into by an injury Kirby Smart called genuinely costly to the defense. The encouraging read is the trend — 26 tackles in 11 games in his most complete year, forced-fumble production in multiple seasons, a late-season stretch the Georgia beat described as his best form, and the decision to return rather than test the 2026 draft. At 6-4, 260 with rotational-starter experience in the sport's premier defensive program, he will get a camp look on frame and pedigree alone. But the flag is plain: blue-chip edges are supposed to rush the passer, and 3 career sacks is the number that has to move.
