Scouting Notes

Run-down mass in a rotation full of it — 6-4 and 315 pounds, a former top-180 four-star who crossed the border from South Carolina and settled into Georgia's interior rotation with 13- and 17-tackle seasons. He announced his return rather than testing the 2026 draft, which was the right read, and holding winning snaps in the country's deepest defensive line room is its own quiet credential. However, the stat line makes the argument against him: zero sacks in three college seasons, with four batted passes as the only splash entries — for an interior prospect that is a profile with no pass-rush evidence at all, and the league does not draft two-down nose bodies early or often. Fringe grade on a 2028 timeline. What changes it is specific: a starter's snap count and even three or four sacks' worth of interior push, proof the recruiting pedigree still has a pro gear in it.
