Scouting Notes

Red-zone weapon in a 6-6, 260-pound package whose three Missouri seasons chart a slow, steady climb — 18 catches, then 26, then a career-best 31 with five touchdowns in 2025. Norfleet was the No. 13 tight end recruit in his class and has been exactly what that grade promised: a reliable, physical SEC starter whose value spikes inside the 20, where five scores on 31 grabs tell the story. The Mackey-watch chatter in Columbia is not crazy; the room runs through him. However, 8.2 yards a catch in 2025 is a blocker's receiving average, and 254 yards from a three-year starter is the number that keeps this projection honest — he has never stressed a defense between the 20s, and a shoulder injury ended his 2025 before the bowl. Missouri needs him to be more than a jump-ball option this fall. A healthy senior year with expanded route volume gets him drafted on Day 3 in 2027; the frame assures at least a priority camp path.
