Scouting Notes

Former top-100 receiver with real flash and uneven volume — seven catches for 456 yards and seven touchdowns in a part-time 2024 at Texas tells you the big-play juice is there (that's a score for every catch), but the raw target share never opened up behind a deep Longhorns room. Now at Colorado as a projected WR1, he gets the runway the pedigree always suggested. However, the production line is a flash, not a body of work — the 2025 stat block is thin and inconsistent, and the projection needs a true 50-catch season to prove he's a volume receiver and not just a matchup weapon. A high-pedigree perimeter target with genuine scoring ability and a wide-open opportunity; a fringe pro whose 2026 usage at Colorado is the whole case.
