Scouting Notes

A four-school interior rusher who found his best football at the bottom of the FBS — six sacks and 42 tackles at New Mexico State in 2025, a real jump from buried Fresno State depth-chart years, tracing back to a seven-sack JUCO season at San Diego Mesa. He gets penetration and finishes at the line when he's schemed one-on-ones. However, the production is a Group-of-Five sample against Group-of-Five interiors, and the Colorado move even came with an eligibility fight before it cleared — the projection needs to see the same disruption against Power-4 guards it never faced at Fresno. A late-blooming G5 pass-rusher with one strong season; draftable-adjacent, with the Colorado year the test of whether the six sacks travel.
