True sophomore TE who outperformed his modest 3-star ranking as a freshman: 24-313-4 in all 12 games (2 starts), leading all FBS freshman tight ends in receiving production and earning multiple national All-Freshman honors (The Athletic, On3, PFF). Real ascending Power-4 contributor with NFL bloodlines, but only one solid-not-dominant season and no draft buzz yet, so a disciplined upper-yellow Fringe grade.
Draft Projection & Mocks
Not currently on NFL draft radar as a true sophomore. Strong freshman production (best among FBS freshman TEs) and a receiving-TE skill set give him a developmental upside path, but he needs to show continued growth and added size/blocking to enter the day-3 conversation in 2027-2028.
