Scouting Notes

Big-play collector whose 2025 read like a cheat code: 70 catches, 1,264 yards and 10 scores at 18.1 per catch as North Texas's unquestioned No. 1 — alpha target volume and vertical efficiency in the same stat line, which almost never coexist. A converted high school runner (three seasons carrying it at Tompkins), he brings ball-carrier instincts after the catch that his old quarterback followed to Stillwater with him. However, the resume is one loud year, it came against American-conference secondaries, and at 6-0, 199 he isn't winning with frame. The 18.1 average is the number to stress-test — Big 12 safeties will not donate the leverage AAC ones did. The draft services can't agree on him either, splitting between a 2027 Day 2 listing and a 2028 timeline, which is its own tell. Late-round-track grade; a 900-yard Power-4 season makes him a genuine Day 3 pick with room above.
