Scouting Verdict
A downhill bell-cow with a pro build who wears defenses down and finishes runs through contact. Fletcher capped three years of ascending production with a 1,192-yard, 12-touchdown 2025 at 5.5 yards a pop, and the receiving value grew alongside it (17 grabs, two scores), giving him a genuine three-down profile at 6-2, 225. The workload jump to 216 carries showed he can carry a lead-back load without the efficiency dipping. What tempers the grade is the tread and the position: he is a volume back whose explosive-run rate, not his contact balance, is the trait I want more evidence on before betting on early-down NFL work. A former top-100 recruit, he chose to return for his senior year rather than test the 2026 draft, and the projected 1,500-yard follow-up would cement the profile. Projects as a Day 3 running back with the size and pass-game utility to earn a rotational NFL role.
